Robot Tiller
$3,469.49
This remotecontrolled crawler multifunctional robot tiller is heavyduty agricultural equipment built for orchard, photovoltaic power station, hilly land and complex slope terrain. Powered by highperformance 22horsepower engine, this tracked robot supports quickswap working heads, completing mowing, rotary tillage, ditching, backfilling and weeding in one unit. Robust tracked chassis delivers outstanding climbing performance up to 50degree slope. Remotecontrol operation keeps operators away from harsh working spots. Hydraulic lifting structure and fastdisconnect joints make tool replacement efficient, ideal for largescale farmland, orchard and embankment vegetation management.
Key Features
- Powerful 22HP Engine: Sufficient torque output, stable performance, adapts to hard soil, sandy soil and wild overgrown vegetation.
- HeavyDuty Crawler Chassis: Strong terrain adaptability, maximum 50° climbing capacity, works well on slopes, muddy and uneven ground.
- QuickSwap MultiFunction Working Heads: Fast replace mowing head, rotary tiller, ditching cutter, realize mowing, rotary tillage, ditching and backfilling.
- RemoteControl Operation: Wireless remote control frees users from heavy field labor, safe to operate on dangerous slopes.
- 3.0T Hydraulic Lifting System: Smooth hydraulic lifting for working attachments, easy depth adjustment for different farming tasks.
- HeavyDuty QuickDisconnect Universal Joint: Reliable power transmission, convenient and fast blade head disassembly and maintenance.
- Independent Clutch Control: Separate clutch for working components, safe startstop of tools without shutting down main engine.
- HighStrength Reinforced Metal Body: Wearresistant industrial steel shell, antideformation for longtime heavyload farm work.
Operating Instructions
- Before startup, inspect engine oil, fuel level, crawler tension, connection bolts and working tool mounting condition.
- Fill qualified fuel and engine oil according to specification. Confirm remotecontroller battery is fully charged.
- Install target working head and lock quickdisconnect universal joint firmly. Adjust working height via hydraulic lifting.
- Start the engine, complete remotecontroller pairing test, verify forward, backward, turning and hydraulic lifting response.
- Operate remotely at safe distance, run machine at proper speed; avoid collision with large stones, tree stumps and hard obstacles.
- Cut off power, wait all rotating parts completely stop before replacing heads, inspecting or servicing the machine.
- Maintenance & Storage
- Clean soil, grass and plant debris on crawler track, engine and working cutters after every field operation.
- Regularly check engine oil level, air filter and fuel pipeline; replace oil and filter elements following maintenance cycle.
- Inspect cutting blades, rotary tillage tines; sharpen or replace worn, bent or cracked parts in time.
- Keep crawler track with proper tension; lubricate universal joint, hinge and hydraulic moving joints periodically.
- Drain fuel for longterm storage, place robot in dry ventilated warehouse, protect engine and hydraulic parts from moisture corrosion.
- Charge remotecontroller battery regularly during idle period.
